I'm Andy and run Attentive Cleaning Services

Here's me looking shattered with the family after a visit to local ice cream farm.

I often get asked how I got into carpet cleaning, and the answer is quite simple - I had kids!

As soon as the first nappy change went wrong, I went out looking for better and better cleaning technology, until I discovered the professional carpet cleaning industry, and fell in love with all the technical details and the science of Bernoulli effect, tamping and PH scales.

I soon realised that with my customer focused experience I gained from previous roles, I could turn this into a great business, but not before ensuring I attended professional courses led by the great Derek Bolton in 2020.

From thereon I've been running the company and constantly looking to keep improving Attentive Cleaning Services to strive to be the best Cleaning Company in the Midlands and one that gives back to the community.

Andrew did an amazing job looks like it did before the work commence. While he was there a client popped in with her son and before he switched on the machine asked if her sons ok with loud noises which I found very professional. He's helpful, polite and considerate.

Andy responded to an urgent plea of mine following my dog having a couple of wees on cream carpet in a house I was looking after whilst the owners were on holiday! he slotted me in, took the time to help me out in my predicament!
